UWork Subscription Agreement
- By using the UWork application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before accessing or using the App. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, refrain from using the App.
1) Definitions
App: The UWork mobile application developed by UAnalyst.
User: Any individual accessing or using the App.
Company: Refers to UAnalyst, the developer and owner of the App.
2) App Usage and Access
Purpose: The UWork App provides features for attendance check-in, check-out, time-off requests, expense submissions, loan applications, and salary advance requests.
License: The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for its intended purpose. You may not modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the App without explicit consent.

4) Intellectual Property
Ownership:
- The App, including its design, code, and content, is the intellectual property of the Company.
- Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the App without authorization.
Feedback:
- Users are encouraged to provide feedback to improve the App.
- Any suggestions or improvements become the property of UAnalyst.
5) Data Privacy
Data Collection:
- The Company collects and processes user data as outlined in the privacy policy.

Consent:

6) Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer:
- The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
- The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from App usage.
7) Termination

- The Company reserves the right to terminate access to the App for violation of these terms.
- Users may also terminate their use of the App at any time.
